Anyone who is even somewhat of a gamer has ran into this problem
over the last few years. There are just too many games–and not enough hours in the day to play them all! My backlog of games that I either haven’t played, or haven’t finished, has grown exponentially over the last 2 years. So what changed? Well for one I got married and started doing other things (like actually going outside sometimes). But also I started a new job and have been in what I consider my current prime of my career in Software Development, which I have focused most of my energy on and put other things to the side while I was continuing to learn and such. But I have finally gotten to a place in my life where I can start to enjoy other things now. I have a great job, an awesome and supporting wife (who also plays games @crayray18), and a desire to go back and finish these things in my spare time.
If you know me, you know I’m a huge gamer nerd–I love video games. There are so many games that I haven’t finished or gotten around to playing at all lately. So my resolution for the rest of 2018–and into 2019–is to catch up on all of these great and classic titles. Below is a list (as of this writing, but is subject to change) of what I intend to play. There is particular order I will do them in, and in some circumstances, I may do multiple at once. For example, I tend to play my PS4/PC at night or early in the morning–but I can play my Switch in bed, etc.
If you have any suggestions or think I’m missing something pivotal, feel free to sound off in the comments and let me know!
